Guys - that IS a ride. It's how it used to be and should be for lots of local rides: you just show up, ride together and hang out. It's how all this started.

I remember the first time I bet SJBrit, on our way up to jetski cove, I look over at the gas station and there is this guy with a Blue SJ in the back of his truck. Pulled in and spoke to him. Damn, I should have kept going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

;)

Good Times!

That was when I said to Suzi "we're going to lake Lanier for the weekend" and she said "why?" so I said "to hook up with some guys I met on the internet." She looked at me a little strangely, but she came anyway...!

Yeah we thought about that. Bu we wanted to do something closer to our birthdays and mine is on July 4th, and robs is July 7th. It also helps that that weekend is my weekend off. If not that weekend maybe July 17-18, that's our next weekend off after the 4th. But either way If it's sunny allatoona will be packed anyway. Has been lately anyway

Just go to the cove so you have some beach and a nice spot to ride without having to worry about too much boat traffic. It's a straight shot out to the main channel for some BFC chasing, but you'd better keep your eyes on stalks out there to stay safe.

We always do! We don't normally have too much problems from the dnr at our normal spot on allatoona. But thanks for the tip! Lol

Yeah, they will be everywhere, but they will be more distracted and tied up also. More boats on the water to check on.

I agree with that. Because there is a lot bigger fish to fry than messing with us. The only time we ever have DNR mess with us is when our buddy steve rides around not paying attention getting too close to other people. But we won't have to worry bout him lol. He's moving to Florida for a while. So I would think as long as we stay out of the way of boat traffic and bel we should be good.

I didn't read all of this so I might be giving some useless information, but I have a lakehouse on lanier... If you stay on the far side of lake, around gainsville/dawsonville line (where I am) your pretty safe from DNR. noones gonna read this.... BALLS!
