lets see some pics of that engineered pole to steering column block! looks great! I thought about doing this with a cast RRP pole, but was concerned about the stresses the steering column would put on the upper pole piece... any thoughts? The xscream pole is solid aluminum in that area, so that's probably a better option.

If you ever get to the point where you feel like producing them for sale you may find a quite a few people interested in one. If the cost wasn't too high I'd buy one just for poops and giggles to try out on my freak. I suspect many others would do the same.

Bought this hood last year for 200 Aussie dollars (about 140 in U.S.). It’s still lurking in the Brisbane garage of a mate who picked it up for me. Hope to do a road trip this winter and bring it back to Canberra. After that I’ll plonk it on a hull and see how it goes.

My new Carterb hood, painted by PO but never mounted. Picked up the RRP bracket friday. Just need a steer system. Any brand or does one in particular work better than others?
