Engine Tech ET900x

I was fortunate enough to get my hands on a brand new 900x with all of the options available as far as porting, compression, crank, big reeds etc. The motor makes absolutely incredible power. I have 14 hours on the motor in my competition Phantom now and It has been extremely reliable. The only maintenance I have done is cleaning out the power valve bellows every once in a while which i'm not even sure I need to be doing that. It is also nice that this motor doesn't require 18 cooling hoses in and out like some of the other comp motors out there. A friend of mine has a xscream1200 in a Phantom and he likes my motor better. He thinks the power delivery is more linear and smooth. He flips higher on my ski. I don't think you will ever get 1200 torque out of a 900 but this ET motor has to be about as good as it gets! Art is a stand up guy and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him in the future. When I'm ready, the new comp 1200 will almost definitely be my next motor!

This pic/ video is when I was struggling with not enough air through the hood. Josh At California Freestyle has since got my ski dialed in!
I posted a link to a video below the picture too for evidence of how she does : )

Been wondering if Art ever makes pump gas domes for the ET 900x which are advertised engines for race gas use.
I'm not sure the port work would do well with low octane domes. I'm not a motor builder though. Maybe he could, but but might have to build the whole motor for pump gas? I'm running straight 110octane and my first 55 gal drum of fuel lasted just about 14 hours of ride time. Doesn't seem long but for me that was 4 months of riding so the cost is more bearable. (Not enough time to ride!)

I know some guys in Europe are running them on pump gas and going huge. I sold one to a guy named Niklas in Germany that loves it on pump gas and I know Tim Verheij is running one in his ski on pump gas.

Are you sure they are the 900x? I believe there's only a few out there. The other motors can definitely be pump gas.
