I plan to have my junk dialed in BEFORE the ride day, and carry a pre-dialed spare engine just in case..

I don't know if it is the way I ride that makes my SXR look shattered, or if it looks shattered because it IS a heavy ass SXR!

We will be up there friday. Last year we got up there around 7 but we might try to take a half day off work and get there a little sooner on friday.

thats what i was thinking, It would be nice to get there early Friday, set camp, go ride, and be back relaxin when the rest of the homies roll in to camp.

We plan on getting to the Lake around noon 1 o'clock on Friday. Can't check in to the camp site till 3 p.m. Will probably go straight to pb2, ride some then back to the campground to set up, break out the coolers, and my hot dog cookers and be chillin. I live close enough I can get to pb2 in about an hour from my house.

but it is rare for anyone to camp on a thursday night, so its generally safe to drop stuff, leave a tent, whatever...
I think we are 4 hours away, we could leave early, be there around noonish, spend an hour unloading junk, be at PB2 by 2pm or so.

Whats a "slug burger" doesn't sound very good. I had cheese burgers for dinner and now my tummy is feeling a little weird. Here are my hotdog cookers in the for ground. You can see part of my tent in the background.
