dry the pipe out... block off the top fitting on the top of the chamber.. and install a 1/4 fitting in the stinger and add a jet. get rid of the cooling line to the stator. i assume this motor is going in a b1? or sj??

i cut my rear deck open, and had my painted reinforce the rear with a few layers of glass and i removed all the foam in the rear the ski is getting a 1100 kawi.

i dont think you have to put gelcoat on it, once its dried it usually means thats the glass is water proof... id just rattle can it white
