Super Jet Fixing gas tank return fitting...what to use?

Tried a search..but didn't find what I was looking for.

The plastic return line fitting has broken again and I need a permanent fix(epoxy only held for a few rides). I was thinking of installing some type of metal fitting but not sure where to even look for one of these. Are there any that would thread in easily and seal? What sort of tape would I use on the threads? Any tips or info on where to buy would be great.

Mines repaired with a brass 1/8 or 1/4 npt x 1/4 nipple and some 3200. Holding fine for two seasons but I do need to cut the last barb down, sticks up a little high and over time the vent line gets cut from putting the hood off and on.

Maniac sells these I think, we use them in our Jaz cells

You could also just drill the hole out slightly and force fit the hose into the hole. The over sized outside diameter of the hose will seal against the hole. Most chainsaws and trimmers use that method exclusively for their fuel supply and return lines.
