I got my first ride in my Father-in-laws 68 Fastback today. It’s got a 428 Cobra Jet with an aftermarket 5 speed manual tranny and is an absolute neck snapper.
He’s been building it for the last 16 years and it’s finally road worthy.
It had 4 miles on it when we left and 11 when we got back.

He has been talking about taking it to Turkey Rod Run for over 10 years now! That’s why Thanksgiving is always all about the car and what stage it’s at.
It’s only been drivable for a week or so at this point and has far too many bugs yet to be worked out.
