I was feeling pretty good about our builds till I stopped in at my buddies new shop yesterday. It will serve as headquarters for his company and residence while they build the house over the upcoming year.
I have some serious envy over this one but it's way overkill for our humble needs.
That sucks that they can force you to add cost to your project but I’ve had a covered walkway between buildings at one house and missed it ever since.
Not sure about Tennessee but it rains enough in Georgia that additional roof to work under is not a bad thing. Not to mention the additional...
The worst for me was attempting a sub. I nearly blacked out from the shock of the cold water hitting my head. I took a knee and spun a few circles before I got my witts back. The DNR guy watching from shore got a kick out of it.
That was an awesome score at that price and a great product too! My only thought was if it was permeated from being used in a building housing chickens.?.?.?

It was also the last major project on the new property. It is officially care and maintenance from this point forward.
Tomorrow I’m going to set up my new disc golf baskets and toss a few discs.

That sounds about right. I was shocked by the cost of the door for my shop but it ended up being a much better quality door than I had ever owned before so I feel it was worth it.
If you go with a Liftmaster Jackshaft type opener, they now come with a locking feature that drives a deadbolt into...
