TNT Waterbox / TNT V2 Pro Exhaust System / PowerFactor Exhaust System (ride notes)

Dunno... I had two PFP chambers... one that I ran wet, and one that I ran dry. Both were probably from the 2014 or 2015 era. This ski is long gone and I have since moved to a Helium XS1200RR setup. Here's some engine bay pics of the ski that started this thread:

    Custom/Hybrid New Rickter...

I've been droolin' over buying one for my son since I saw pics and videos of it posted... but wish the price point was a bit better / cheaper. College fund... or jetski build. :)

    Powefactor on small cc

I didn't either, until about 2 days before I was started to assemble everything... I lined everything up and thought to myself "hmmmm this isn't quite right". I put a gasket on the cylinder as the template, colored it with red sharpie where the trench should be then drove to the machine shop...

    Powefactor on small cc

One thing to take into consider also on the cylinder, is the cooling trench on the exhaust post. My cast cylinder would not have worked properly had we not modified it (I gave it to a local machine shop and they trenched it for me). Here is that setup in my Rickter FS-1 back in 2009.

    Powefactor on small cc

I had a cast 8mm Lamey motor back in the day, 803cc, that I had one of the first PowerFactor's on. Ran dry / no injection, along with MSD Total Loss. Loved it over the Bpipe. 100% worth it, IMO. Bottom around the same, but stronger mid-pull. Another selling point to me was Power Valve...

TNT Waterbox / TNT V2 Pro Exhaust System / PowerFactor Exhaust System (ride notes)

I saw your thread. I had a weld crack on mine, another member on our lake had 5 welds break (that is, 5 tiny breaks across 5 welds). He finally gave the pipe to a master welder, had the whole thing cut apart and rewelded at every joint. I also know of another member who had a weld crack. That...

Roo- It really is ALL good A+++++

The key is getting up fast and getting your weight forward on this ski. That said, this thing rides nowhere as nose high as other skis on the market. I was in the same boat as you for awhile... I could Backflip and Barrol Roll, just couldn't wrap my head around a flat spin. I started by just...

Roo- It really is ALL good A+++++

Thanks for the kind words man - greatly appreciated. Glad you could come out and enjoy the day out here with the Lake Orion crew. I was sad to see the ski go, but good to know it went to a good home. Looking forward to seeing what you do on it during these remaining months of summer! The flips...

TNT Waterbox / TNT V2 Pro Exhaust System / PowerFactor Exhaust System (ride notes)

I did not have contact with TNT direct, however I was in constant communication with my engine builder (PHP), who was in constant contact with TNT. I would literally get back to back phone calls on days the two communicated. Glad you asked. With the TNT setup, besides everything mentioned...

TNT v2 free ride production pipe

A local riding buddy had a brand new waterbox he wanted to do this with. He talked to TNT, and they wouldn't honor the claim / Buy Back statement. Very disappointing. Instead they offered to modify the box and experiment... no thanks. He sold it on the forum.

PowerFactor Exhaust (rides notes) (follow up to my TNT / PFP Thread)

I thought I should do a quick follow up thread to my previous thread, that compared back-to-back testing with PowerFactor and TNT components. (located here: http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?threads/tnt-waterbox-tnt-v2-pro-exhaust-system-powerfactor-exhaust-system-ride-notes.175648/) In that...

TNT Waterbox / TNT V2 Pro Exhaust System / PowerFactor Exhaust System (ride notes)

I won't call this a review, but rather rides notes... I have had the opportunity to use a couple different TNT waterboxes, a complete TNT V2 Pro Exhaust System, and PowerFactor Exhaust Systems / Components on a couple different ski's back to back, and thought I'd share my experience(s). While I...
