I’m working on a 90 superjet 650 rebuild. Will the 650 electronics work with a 701?

If you use the stator and cdi from the 650 it will work. Just have to match the stator to the cdi. I think the rev limit is slightly lower on the 650 though
Holy misinformation! Only need to match-up the flywheel and stator. Any 701/650 CDI will work just will need a jumper wire for 62t and the rev limits and timing curves are slightly different, 6m6 having a bit lower rev. You can mod the limiter yourself if you want. If you're putting a pipe on it I'd recommend modding the rev limit(or getting a modified one or an Enhancer but if you're gonna invest that kinda money seems like zeeltronic is the way to go). Otherwise slap a 61x CDI in there and call it good it it's a stocker.
And yes finding a used bracket isn't too hard. But putting a roundnose pole on a square is a great upgrade! Just depends on your intentions with this ski.

I’ve searched a bunch but Does anyone know the wiring diagram to run a 650 stator(i put a 62t motor in but I don’t have a 62t stator/flywheel)with a 62t ebox?

Even though it’s not a very common thing to do but I’m pretty sure the 650 electronics will work on the 62T motor. If I’m wrong please someone chime in.

I got it. Dude that gave it to me cut all the wires and the 62t ebox has a gauge cluster harness thats what set me off.
