440-750

I have been sourcing parts for my 440-750 conversion. I had everything ready and expected to be putting it together tomorrow but when i was looking over everything i noticed the 650 exhaust i bought for it isnt going to fit. The exhaust is an A.M exhaust for the 650 (Coffman). So i am wondering if i can get i 650 manifold to bolt on to the 750 or will i need a new exhaust that will work on the 750?

yes a 650 exhaust manifold will bolt up to the 750 engine. definitely try to find a silver one with the diverter molded in, they flow much better than the black manifolds that do not have the diverter

:/ got a black one.. only 30 bucks so cant go wrong fro now! Will keep that in mind for the future though!

New issue on this build. The Coffman exhaust I was going to use isn’t going to work because it is so big. I was able to source a stock 650 pipe and cone but no stock head pipe. So I have the oem exhaust with the am head pipe and mounted up but I am wondering if this will work for water line routing? Let me know what you think!

That sucks that the coffman wont fit right, its an amazing pipe imo. I actually have the kawi sizzler on my Superjet and its an awesome pipe. If you want to trade that exhaust for something let me know, I could figure out a use for it.
