61x mid throttle bog headache

I have a 61x in my bob hull that has been giving me a tuning headache the past couple days. Backstory, I bought this from a guy that was riding at sea level and he said it ripped when he rode it. My lake is somewhere around 3800~ feet, initial thought was to lean it up a bunch. Anyways after probably 5hrs of trying to get rid of this 40%ish throttle bog I can’t figure it out. I now have it running hard off the bottom and hard on the top end but I have to ease through that 40% area to ride around the bog. Seems to be right where I blip the throttle to making it hard to do anything arial. Not sure if it would be pop off related as I have never messed with pop off on any of my other motors. I did notice all the screens were taken out of the stock f/a box so I was going to put on an extra am one I have laying around to see if that would help today. Just want to get some insight on this because I can’t seem to get it right with the high or low adjustment screw. Set up is 61/61 with a 35cc ada head, Mod chamber b-pipe, msd enhancer, blue printed 144, 9/15, stock sbn44. I was also curious if I should be running a mix of 110 in my 91 with the 35cc domes. Any help would be appreciated as I’m ready to just swap in a 61/62 713 I have sitting on floor of my garage, I’ve seen a lot of people like the 61x so I’d like to give it a shot.
