Being my age l have had the opportunity to watch the our space program go from John Glenn all the way till now. Still amazing to me today.We have come such a long ways.Great to see privateers pushing the envelope.
l was listening to the news yesterday and said it costs NASA close to $300 million for one launch,while SpaceX is spending just $90 million.Most of NASA's money comes from our tax dollars.So let the private sector take it over

Yeah, and that $90mil is for a Falcon Heavy. A regular Falcon is $60mil. Elon Musk said the only difference is fuel and prep and services because the cores are (should be) reused and the second stage is the same expendable between the 2 setups. The big Delta can only carry 1/2 the payload at 4x the cost.
