Got a B1 that was bone stock when I got it... hadn’t been run in awhile. Thinking of doing an aftermarket impeller on it....

Any thoughts? Recommendations?

I ran a 08+ Superjet impeller in my B1 when it was stock and it performed better than a stocker. That impeller was perfect when I added a pipe.

10/16 hooker or 08+ SJ impeller is the way to go. And get an aftermarket head or shave your stock head for a bump in compression. You can dry out your stock pipe for a little more power as well.

Can I run an Ada head (or any other) with stock exhaust??? Doesn’t it need the bracket the stock head gives?

IMO as well an impeller is definitely a worthy upgrade. Stock impellers leave much to be desired.

I recommend a Solas Concord for the later SJ;

And then let me me tune it for your application;

Why do you recommend the concord over the hooker? I have seen a lot of people for going with the hooker impeller?
