I had good luck on a similiar setup with 115H 125P 21 psi pop off. For impeller specs Are you wanting to go fast or freestyle/Freeride?

Wow that was a good solid quick response. And just freeride and all around good performance.

9.5/15.5 or 10/16 hooker from impros. Go with the 9 or 9.5 if you want a little more low end. And once you get fairly close to what you want dial it in with the 3 screws on your bpipe.

Right on brotha. Thank you for the feedback. Gonna buy those jets and dial it in first to get rid of that low end bog I got and gonna jump on getting that prop

It should get you close. I would buy these jets:
110M
115M
120M

120P
125P
130P

And then 2.3N/S and 2 of each spring so you can try 15psi - 22psi. Or if you already have 2.0 n/s the 65-95g springs.

Ok perfect thank you!
Just a little strange on why the pilots are bigger then the mains.

Anyone have any recommendations for my setup. Running 62t cases with 61x cylinder bored to 84mm, 44mm dual oem carbs, stock manifold with crossover blocked, stock f/a with 2 screens, 180psi, 93 octane, sea level, factory pipe manifold with a 650sx exhaust that’s been dried out

Carbs off of an Oem 760 or retail sbns? Basically are there 3 or 4 transition holes in the throat of the carb?
I run Oem 760s 44s with a 5mil stroker 84mm bore/ported 760 cylinder and cases and 117.5 pilot and 122.5 main is the recommended jetting.

I have same kind of engine - stock 44 carbs with v force 2 - 2.0 needle seat

Brand = mikuni spigot mount
Model =46 sbn
Size =46mm
Quantity =2
Main Jet =122
Pilot Jet =117.5
Needle/Seat =2.0
Spring =85 gram black
Pilot screw =1.5 turn
Main Screw = 1 turn
- - - - - -
Gas Octane =93
Altitude =sea level
Main type of riding = surf and flat
Would it pass the 10 second WOT test =yes
Powerband =
Motor type/setup =62t 701, enhancer, jm flywheel, factory b, 180 psi, 11/15 prop ,port's cleaned up and polished

Hi limitedslip,

i have a similar setup

Ported 62T 701 with wiseco 81mm pistons
ADA Girdled Head with 35cc Domes / 185PSI
MSD cdi
Dual BuckShot Racing Magnum 47mm with additional fuel pump
R&D Dry Pipe + MSD Water injection
R&D Pump Shoe + TBM Cone + Protec Compresion & steering nozzle + Skat-Trac C75+ 14/20
RPM max is 7230 T/min

The carb Setup is:
Low Jet= 110
High Jet= 140
Needle & Seat= 2.0
Spring= 95gr
Return Jet= 80

Alternative setup with dual BuckShot BMC 44mm:
Low Jet= 115
High Jet= 140
Needle & Seat= 2.3
Spring= 95gr

This thread rules. I run a very similar set up and my max rpm is nearly the same. Running slightly lower compression for pump gas though.

Hi,

can somebody please help me out here?
Been running 38´s and single 44 and 46 on the other skis for years, but now i want to try a set of 44´s but I have no experience with them.

I´ve searched this thread for similar setups, but i´m unsure if I can make a draft on the 760 setups…

Maybe somebody can help me with jetting specs as a starting point for the following setup:

Brand = Mikuni
Model = OEM Yamaha (64X I think)
Size = 44mm
Quantity = 2
Pilot Jet = ???
Main Jet = ???
Needle/Seat = ???
Spring = ???

PopOff goal is ~ 20psi
Pilot screw = ???
Main Screw = ???
- - - - - -
Gas Octane = 95
Altitude = Sea level
Main type of riding = Freeride, but often rec riding and boat chasing too
Powerband = Bottom to midrange
Motor type/setup = ~800ccm, 61x BB ported cylinder/bored 62t case, ADA head 35ccm Domes, Factory limited B-pipe,
Vforce2 reeds, Reed Spacer, ProTec Intake Manifold, Vilder Racing F/A,
MSD Enhancer, Stock Flywheel, Stock Stator,
Stock 144 Pump, 10/16 hooker with freestyle cone

I have a somewhat similar setup. I started at 115 high speed, 125 pilot and worked my way down to 100 high speed 125 pilot. My popoff is right around 21psi.

This is with stock flame arrestor (my experience that is a big influence on jetting and people often don't mention it) and it's in a square nose hull with the stock hood vents and such, so something with better venting or more open flame arrestors would probably end up a little bigger in the jet sizes.

Motor type/setup = HPE 809. Ported 760 cyl with a 5mm crank. Heavily ported B pipe limited and ported intake manifold. Holes drilled in SJ waterbox. Has the stock 760 snorkel intake, but it is opened up quite a bit, I don't think it holds me back. Zeeltronic ignition.

Many frustrating trips to the lake were made to bring you this information. I get miserable fuel economy. I'm burning 15 gallons of gas per outing, but WORTH IT.
