I see talk of testing for kawi 1100. Is there a zeeltronic I can order currently available for an 1100? With or without a curve.
Thats me doing it. i am in the middle of a house move and also getting a ski ready for the world finials. Its killing me, my workshop is in more of a mess then normal as well due to the move. I am getting there and I will have it wired up soon. I know every one is waiting

The are the same when it comes to the zeeltronic. You cant run a std 760 cdi of an 800 flywheel or vice versa but the zeeltronic is a dc/cdi so it does'nt care
Can I run a 701 coil in place of the 760 coil? Electrically speaking, is there a difference between the two?

You can if you attach a ring terminal to the bullet connector/or cut it off and add a ring terminal. Then attach it to an isolated ground such as one of the coil mounting bolts. If you go back a few pages I have pictures of it.

Old surf riders trick! Run a 760 coil! These coils have filament high tension wires , where the std coil has copper wire. The only difference is the filament is not effected by salt corrosion like the copper is. Outside of that, no difference in performance. However, 760 is a lot pricier than the 701 coil!

I'm having great luck with my Zeeltronic setup. It hits and revs to the moon. I'm wondering how long my total loss system battery will last. I've gone three tanks without recharging. How many tanks can I go? Wondering because I'm going to the mountains where I might not be able to recharge for a bit.

I put a 701 coil in mine when I was trouble shooting my ski. I was able to use one of the extra ground connectors left over from removing extra wiring to ground my coil.

That depends on a lot of variables. How many AH is your battery? How many times do you crank it while you ride? How long are you on the starter to get it running? How big is your tank? The only way you would truly know is if you knew how many AH it took to charge your battery back up based off of how many tanks you ran. Sort of like filling your vehicle up after clocking mileage to figure out mpg. If you’re worried about it, you could just get a second battery to run.

Lol, awesome. Ok so I'll swap my stock gp800 flywheel back on until I pull the trigger on the zeeltronic setup....
Who sells here in the states and how much???

so the 64x triggers off the lumps and the others are triggered by the magnets and their position in relation to tdc?

Does anyone know if this is the same arrangement as a Kawi 650 flywheel? There are 4 magnets, I don't believe there are any "lumps". Is it just charging based on all 4 magnets and the CDI gets 2 firing pulses from 2 opposing magnets?

What kind of sensor/signal is this lump/pickup in a 760? I would like to remove the magnets from a Kawi 650 flywheel, add whatever "lumps" need to be added, and then have it machined and re-balanced.

And yes, its an absurd amount of work for a Kawi 650, but I have my reasons.

I know you can put 650 electronics on a 750. Can you put the 750 flywheel and stator on a 650? The 760 and 750 flywheels work the same way and look very similar.
