Docklauncher a new sort of jetski dolly.

the frame is probably about the same weight as a beach cart but the wheels weigh a lot less, a little under 6.5 lbs each. obviously the winch weighs something. but it all comes apart in less than a minute. The rolling resistance is way lower. my beach cart is a tiger tote.
if you want to know exact poundage I can weigh them once I make my new trailer and get the skis off them.

not really. It'd be cost prohibitive. Small winches with decent line speed and synthetic rope are reasonably priced($300ish) compared to the wheels which cost $900/pair new. I snagged two pairs from UNH adaptive sports garage sale and the winch from Facebook marketplace. The other pair is currently on one of my fathers wheelchairs with the same big fatty tires.
And I suck at welding so no one would want to buy one I make.

had the ski off it today so Iweighed it and the tiger tote. 47.5 lbs and 52.5lbs respectively. could definitely shave a few pounds on another by using something lighter than 2" schedule 40. it's what I had on hand.
the winch is a Superwinch LT2500. I believe they relabeled it as the lt3000 and has something like 23fpm 0 lb pull. the battery I use is also a higher voltage to give a little faster draw.
