anyone ever tried tubbies on a dvx hull??? i haven't seen it yet, but considering the helium is wider, maybe it would ride better?

Just get some and bolt them on and see how it goes. Worst case take them off if you don't like them.

You could easy put some tubbies on with double adhesive tape, and make it last for some rides, to get the feeling.
But there is a lot more to the width i guess, i think i heard the helium is +1.5inch wider than DVX, is the keel wider, is the rails wider. in other words, were is it wider
Anyway it would be fun and nice to know, i thought about make some full length sponsor to make it wider, buuuut its a lot of work AND the rails would still be the same width and i think they also adds some kind of stability for landing tricks

Pretty sure it was cut right down the middle and the 1.5inch was added in the Center on the bottom .
