This was my fix for the leaky gas cap, cut down/welded thrust pop top to aluminum flange and also made a stainless backer plate. May not be the prettiest fill setup, but it hold 4psi without leaking, excited to try the ski with a non leaking gas tank lol.

I plan to make a different fill top with a larger gas cap in the future, this one should get me by for now.

Lol Ya, definitely different.
I did a few nice backflips behind some yachts, but my friends camera decided to freeze during that session, figures.. Nosing straight in is the best I've done on flatwater flips so far, it's definitely harder to flip a stock stroke engine then those stroker jobs, still need some fine tuning on the motor and more practice. I'm at 3hours on the new motor/hull, so still learning how to ride this hull, I like it more and more each time I ride it.

Oh and new tank cap is holding pressure still, so I think I got that problem solved.

Upgraded to total loss middle of last year, was a nice boost in low end to mid range performance.

Little video from 2 weeks ago, was not riding the best that day, but still a cool little video.

It's been a cheap season for me, only had to replace my carbon exhaust tube, the resin couldnt handle the heat and ended up cracking after 40hours run time. I went with a silber silicone exhaust tube.

Need to do some kind of big upgrade every year, so I stepped up to a 155 titanium pump. Going to save me 12lbs and give me more bottom end. This will be a winter project

Been a while, many new upgrades.
Finally stepped up to a 1200 last fall just before havasu, I was getting bored of the 900, this 1200 has made riding quite exciting again, now I just need to get in better physical condition

Had a great time at havasu per usual

Hit a snow storm on the way back, poor skis:confused:. Also caught the edge of a tornado outside Amarillo, which damaged the truck bed cover and removed a new carbon b-pipe from the bed, luckily someone later found it on the side of the hwy and shipped it back to us.

Went from the gen 1 to the new gen 3 XS trim, very impressed thus far

Ski is definitely heavier now with that solid billet 1200, but the power more then makes up for the added weight

Bought a new tank, fit and finish was poor, but after a little work/fixing some issues, seems like it's going to work better then what I had/easier to fill and prettier.

Got it out for the first time this year a few days ago, felt great to get back on the ski, still sore today from 30 min of riding lol.
