is proud to announce the development of our newest freeride waterbox designed for WaveBlasters. This follows in the design of our popular standup hull waterbox:
http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?threads/jetmaniac-waterbox.181445/

It is designed to replace a stock Waveblaster 1 '93-'96 waterbox both in hose connection location and fitment, but it is smaller, much lighter and sounds better. The OEM blaster waterbox is plastic and prone to cracks, leaks and top separation. We spent alot of time getting the fitment correct.

* Inlet and outlets are stock sized so standard exhaust hoses and Bpipe coupler to waterbox hoses fit.

* Inlet and outlet are flanged like stock box to help prevent a hose from sliding off.

Weight comparison:

OEM B1 waterbox 8.4 lb

Riva B1 waterbox (discontinued) 8.4 lb

Factory Pipe B1 waterbox (discontinued) 6.4 lb

JetManiac B1 waterbox 3.9 lb

* The stock waterbox also holds much more water making the weight difference in use larger.

* Also this extra water is still in the stock oem waterbox after use and will not all braap out, so is more likely to cause condensation in the open exhaust port of your motor. JM waterbox is easy to brapp out water after riding.

Due to the smaller overall size the longer waterbox strap needs to be shorter. Ideal length is about 12" depending on how much padding is under the waterbox. Or knot back side of the stock strap.

Not an easy box to build.

You can see the quality of the welds.
All waterboxes are welded by the same certified welder for consistent quality. (AWS D17.1 aerospace certification for aluminum, s.s. and titanium)

Welder is also a rider who understands its use and design. Particular attention was paid to the design of baffle and attachment to eliminate the 'loose baffle' problem so common with stock and some aftermarket waterboxes.

How the hell did I miss the fact you made on for a B1? Jesus, it sounds great! And there should be a good market for these because the stockers explode all the time when a B1 backfires. Getting one for my daughter's ski for her Xmas present for sure!
