I did make it there the year Gomez made it and it was awesome. Love to get back again! This year may not work but I'll have it on the calander for the years to come. Definetly a great venue!

How have the krash skis been running? Krash we need some good videos on YouTube to start selling your product. I am in the hunt for a freestyle ski, may build or order one just waiting to pull the trigger.
Just in this thread alone tells you everything you need to know. Go read. Make informed decision.

You get what you pay for and if youre ok with having a new ski that may need some immediate retuning and warranty work im sure they are ok for you. I always say you either spend the big money up front or you spend the money trying to make the cheaper product feel like a high end one and in the end you always end up spending the money repairing the budget buy then you realise you could of gotten a better ski with that money.

I've done this a few times when I was younger with other powersports but from now on I'll always spend the big money up front and get a tried and true product built by professionals before trying to save a few K with a headache. Not trashing any1 who owns one but these skis almost cost 20k cdn by the time they get to Canada and 20k gets you a REALLY nice used FS2/ edge/hurricane/phantom/tigercraft or similiar ski with high end parts and all of the bugs worked out.

Our season is WAY to short waiting weeks for propietary parts when maniac will ship me anything in a few days and this is the other reason I personally would not buy a ski that doesn't have overnight or a few days away parts available.

I also don't think it's "OK" for a NEW ski to a show up damaged. If the guys cared about packaging them properly this wouldn't happen and just makes me wonder how the rest was assembled.

I've put over 300L through my 701 fs2 evo this year and the only other parts I've had to buy was oil and that's my idea of fun.

I've ran 20 tanks through mine at this point with no real issues. Ok, my trim cable needed to be replaced, contacted Krasha and had a new one at my house in 3 days. I've also only spent money on gass and oil... Ok, ok and a massage therapist because I've been beating the crap out of it and my back while it's under warranty.
I'm excited about all the negativity. There is enough in the world and it has become commonplace these days to simply find a negative perspective on anything new. And the fact that most of it comes from people who are not even buying one, so you can just leave it alone. I know all the negative aspects of the past related to the krash, I can give an account of the first hand of the experiences of a krash helmet and a tiger. If tigercraft prepared a package like this, my deposit would not be affected. But all that can be said that they are trying to make the evolution of the sport and the people who are talking badly and negatively about it are people who use $ 20k skis or are not associated with Krash, Guess but once again ruining the spirit of this sport. Everyone talks about "community" in the Jetski world, but it still has so much negativity towards companies that it tries to make it more accessible to people. That's all about the topic you just talked about, everyone who supports the site can meet and call me Newb or whatever is really irrelevant. Iv knew that there are people in the world of Jetski who may prefer to make a lot better, but who are also sponsored by another, which is what is good, you do it. But at least wait until the ski touches the water until the negativity begins to speak. [/ QUOTE

How does the power compare to other 900cc+ skis you have ridden?
One friend has a TPE 964 in a Rickter XFR that rips your arms off. Another buddy has a Dasa 950 in a Rickter Edge FR. The Krash 997 has better bottom end than the 950 and top end is comparable. I think it really comes down to hull weight based on my experience riding probably 6-7 big CC jet skis. I've also been on a TPE 1105 50 Cal which has a pretty noticeable difference from mine. The Krash RTPs have incredible value for the price you pay for a brand new rig.
