Krashindustries.com is selling 997cc RTR Skis for $12,000.00

I just bought a new 50CAL surf hull and pump only from Chris Grace ...it just arrived and I will be posting up my build once my other parts arrive from JM. I have already built up a carbon Superfreak with TPE1105 from Tem, and also a Rickter FS2....JM781.both which I love...

My initial views on the Krash 50CAL is wow...its really pretty and the quality of the finishes appear to be very high inside and outside....hull thickness nowhere near the Rickter which is built like a tank, closer to the SFreak thickness, but SF is carbon, ..after 5 years of hard riding...not even the slightest sign of stress cracks.....time will tell on the 50CAL

50CAL hood latch setup looks awesome but impratical and wont last a salty season...though a well documented zero dollar fix is already posted (and I did get a brap strap included, so they know this)

I heard about KRASH pump issues from some members, but it comes very well installed, shimmed, feels very smooth, etc, so will run it with my DASA 900 and see how well it performs

Fyi, I just spoke with Krash again today and got a correction on the 50Cal dry weight, it's actually 285lb, not 320 like I was originally told. Still heavier than I think they should be but much better than 320.

Would be great if someone could weigh there's and confirm ;)

House of Kolor - black sealer, orion silver, many coats of kandy purple, and the graphics. I am going to touch up the bottom and cover with some clear gelcoat. The HOK klear is hard as it can be but is no match for beach landings. lol

EDIT: I will also be adding the rail turf. I tried to bulldog this weekend. Too bad there was no video of that EPIC endover-end when my feet slipped. I was told it looked like a horizontal monkey flip gone wrong!! LMAO

Did you pull the midshaft and check alignment of the drive shaft? Mine was terrible the way it came from them. I had to re-align/shim the entire pump.

On my RTP loose bolts here and there, I would recommend rounding the edges of the steering stop my throtlle cable has wore down to the metal. I filed the the edges round and it's very smooth now wish I caught it early on.
