My "Better than Brand New" Square Nose Build

Well here it is!! Might as well be sponsored by DeWalt and jetmaniac! Haha... Pictures do not do this thing justice! It has a nice pearl that doesn't pick up nicely in this lighting..

Huge thanks to @JetManiac for all the amazing parts and customer service! Btw I'll be in touch, I greatly under estimated how much stock fuel line I needed to redo everything...lol

Jet Maniac (82.5mm)726cc top end kit installed, new gaskets/ seals, intake bling kit, SS Acorns( no more rusty chrome!), Head bolt bling kit, lightened flywheel, and billet jet Maniac flywheel cover. Still awaiting my bedplates l, and bpipe manifold and chamber to come back from powdercoating.. going to look so good with a those pieces in gloss black!

Don't have pictures of it but bottom of hull is sanded down and primered... Waiting on some 1708 biax fiberglass to finish my hood liner mod then we will be 100% ready for final paint...

Here is a sneak peek of what to expect from the paint job... All decals, except for registration numbers, being painted on... This color will be a secondary/ accent color ..

So I know it been awhile with no update, but my painter finally got around to finishing the body work on the hull, pole, hood and nose piece... All the welds cleaned up on the AC Racing Pole. Hood reinforced and SN Hood mods completed.... All pieces primered and everything but hull painted base color now... We still have a ways to go since we are painting all the decals on(minus registration numbers).. We do have some time considering this summer has been crazy busy for me so even if it was ready for me I wouldn't have time for it.... By End of July It should be ready to go!!! Can not wait To put this thing back together!

Looking good, just went through the whole thread. Whatever happened with the Blowsion internal fill?

I fixed it with Loctite 680 and sold it … went with a cold fusion internal fill... haven't looked back... never heard anything back from my emails to blowsion themselves about it

So the only update I have is I now have the entire ski back and its ready to be assembled.. Remodeling the lake house is taking all my free time and garage space at the moment... come next week I should have time for the ski reassembly. Hopefully all goes well...

2014 superjet decals stenciled/painted on with custom gold flake accent (instead of blue). Also since we painted the decals on we went with a honeycomb airbrushed/faded where the stock faux carbon fiber decal normally is...The picture does not pick up on the gold flake but in the sunlight the gold/yellow is intense! This thing turned out just as I imagined! Love it!

And yes those are some new used cabinets I had to paint for the lakehouse, and "newer" appliances as well... along with my other toy on the left...
