Freestyle Power Factor Pipe Myth

Rumor has it the Power Factor Pipe does not make a difference on motors under 900cc's. I just installed this exhaust on my Dasa 846SS and Im here to tell you the rumors are FALSE. Holy poop this thing rips not even being tuned. The bottom is the same but the mid to top is crazy. I have stock electronics and a stock pump and the difference was huge. Anyone in the market of this pipe I would highly recommend giving Mark Baxter at Power Factor a call. The pipes are now in stock and they have been extremely helpful during the installation process "my first time installing this system".

Nice. Mine is on the way and going on a 828.
What did you use for water lines?
Did you remove the battery box or does the power box sit in it?

Riva supplied the water lines. I modified the battery box to fit the power box. There's no doubt fp customer service is horrible. Matt e I highly recommend this pipe, no regrets switching to it!

If you want to bump up the bottom end, take out the water box. I hated it on my 865, we took it out, and the bottom end hits harder than a 1000 that we have

Mines on its ways!!! :))) hooking it up to a kawi Dasa 970 built by Jetworks .. Should be a far cry from a bb850

All thanks to Brian at thrust innovations !!!!

and then the ski becomes 3x louder, and then you run a much higher risk of water feeding back into the engine

Powerfactor pipes without waterboxes suck. They are so loud and give our sport a bad reputation.

Everyone besides dk says that the waterbox helps with low end power and exhaust noise is reduced to that of a ported 701 with new xmetal box.

Maurice, you can re locate the battery in the left rear corner of the hull. You just gotta make a new battey box holder
