When compression gets that low it’s usually just one cylinder. Since compression is even I bet it’s your gauge. I would try another one.

Yeah, get a better gauge. Honestly, if this is a sport you are going to stay in. Get you a quality compression guage. It cost more up front, but it will pay for itself.
