SXR 800 Pulling to left

I recently replaced the cracked R&D intake grate on my 2003 SXR with a Jet Dynamic #52. One of the wings on the R&D top loader had cracked off.... Never noticed any big issues, just figured it was time to replace it. Now the ski is always pulling to the left. I've not had much time to look into it just tried the adjustment at the bars, which did not help. The Nozzle appears to just off slightly to the right side.

Any help would be greatly appreciated First time poster! I have the ski since new and its been nothing but fun until now... (Sorry for the neck aches...)

Try adjusting at the nozzle some. not heard of this before. Could be the loading of the pump differently, causing more water to the right side of the pump which could make the ski want to turn left some........ Try loosening intake grate and shifting the front of it to the left some. The center bar could be acting as a rudder.

Sometimes cast ride plates fit a little poorly. Their shape allows them to flex slightly. Sometimes it is important to tighten the bolts down like a manifold so the ride plate drops in evenly and without warpage. Could just be the lighting in the picture but there is a lot of light on the right and almost none on the left.

going left in alabama?
would've thought towards the right was more of the trend.

look closely at the new grate, could be off slightly.steer nozzle should be straight if your bars are straight.

Well I swapped grates with a friend who has the same Jet Dynamics #52 Grate and the issue followed to his ski and stopped on mine... Visually you really cannot see any differences but the ski is always pulling requiring a pretty decent counter steer.

I think I am just going to cut my losses buy a TBM or skat... I've spent way to much time diagnosing at this point. Three weekends of riding down the drain...

lay it on a flat surface and take measurements, see if you can figure out what is off, grind away, I had to do same with their pump shoe........... Wont use their shoes again.

I Got a resolution from JD and Blowsion. They asked that I send the grate back to JD for inspection/replacement.

Going to order a TBM setup today so I don't miss another weekend.

Installed my new TBM grate and ride plate yesterday. I’ve got to say the quality on these parts are really good and the issues I was experiencing are all gone!

Perfect until this BS happened....Just installed this coupler a couple of weeks ago.

I got the report back from JD and the right side of the pump shoe was 3mm deeper. They are sending out a new grate that been checked. Anybody need a brand new intake grate or should I keep it?

Really glad to have a bit of resolution, the ski is driving me nuts lately.
