Asics aggressor 2's are the best wrestling shoes to use imo, others are really slick.. they have many cleats like chevrons built in on bottom and sides.

Looking into cleats as i keep bruising the top of my foot even with extra padding, and if I dont kick in that hard i come out of holds. Any recommendations on a exact soccer cleat that works well? The indoor shoes i see don't even have cleats.
This I'm using the Aggressor 2's as well. Amazing
