Tigercraft FV Pro Tank, Hood Latch, Exhaust Hose

In the process of building my FV Pro. Hoping to get some insight and see what other people have done for a few items. Descriptions and pictures would be wicked helpful! Thanks.

1. Gas Tank - Have my rad dudes tank from my V2 but it won't work in my FV without modifying it or hacking it in. I really want a tank with the battery box in it. Been looking at the 3 gal limited slip. Anyone use this in an FV? What have you all been doing?

2. Hood Latch - My plan was to use oem. Started looking at it and I just don't see how I can mount the small part onto the hood and get behind to tighten the bolts. Now I am thinking strap. What have you all been doing?

3. Exhaust Hose - Have a rad dudes from my V2 but it is cut a bit short and green so I can't use it. I figure a new rad dudes one would work but seeing if there are other options out there. What have you all been doing?

I am running a limited slip 4.7 with battery tray gas tank in mine and it fit just fine.
I cant help you with the hood latch but I am using just a hood strap and have not had any issues.

Good to know on the tank. I am definitely leaning toward the Limited Slip. I don;t want to mount a battery tray somewhere else.

Can you show me how you ran the strap? I was planning on bolting to the clip on the front of the hood and then just running it back. But was also contemplating mounting under the hood pad somehow. Tricky part I guess would be I would have to bolt straight through the hood.

You run the strap from the pole bracket area across the hood (Under the pole pad, have a trench for strap to slide thru) then have the strap terminate on the dash, Some have the ratchet bolted to the dash or they have the strap bolted there and the ratchet is up near the front...........

As for the tank, it's a Thrust 5 gallon. The battery is up on the bulkhead. I can't remember where I bought the hose? They were advertising it on the Thrust Facebook page a while ago.20200214_133821.jpg20200214_134127.jpg
