TNT Pipe - Very very disapointed...

Hello,

I post for a friend who's not registered on the X...
In march, he buys a brand new v2 TNT pipe for 2000€ (2100 US$), he received and installed it on may on his Dasa 1000.
We have installed the exhaust immediately with the mounting instructions provided and we went to try it. After 15 minutes of very soft riding, the ski shut down and won't restart. i had to town him to the port...
We inspected the engine and saw a welding of the exhaust volume had broken...

Back to home, i contat Tym via Xh2o and send him pictures of pipe. He asked us to return the exhaust to him or to have it welded ... My friend weld it with his low level of welding but other original weld start to break... (ok ok my friend's weld look like crap but they hold).

He continued to contact tim to ask for a commercial gesture and finally returned the volume of the exhaust at his expense (more than 100€...)

The last message to which Mr. Tynan responded indicated that he had received the volume and that the one in exchange would leave on the following Friday (09/21/2016)

So here we are in the middle of December, about 6 months, and after 2100 € invested and trust in Mr. Tynan and his performance parts, we have nothing.

So Mr. Tynan respect your words and do not take us for idiots because we are overseas.

Sorry for my english...

I shipped a warranty v3 chamber in October to a guy in France who shipped me back a destroyed v2.
Even through I was very reluctant to do so as the pipe was completely destroyed and in unrepairable condition.
The pipe was not installed properly as it was cocked in exh manifold and the inner flange was hammering the manifold so hard I concave dented the chamber.
The chamber had vibration spider cracks every where that where not in weld.

If a chamber has been welded by someone else who destroys the cones I will not warranty the pipe.
But in this case I sent him a new v3 chamber as he purchased a v3 to run out of his pocket.
So I sent him a new v3 from USA to France and I paid the shipping
Is that not enough??

If there is a problem a return email to the email sent with tracking info would be a good idea.

Look at the coupler that is installed.
It's a 2 ply black soft rubber hose.
Not a 8-10ply silicone or marine grade coupler.
There no chance the pipe will last being dribbled in exhaust manifold.
The flange you can see in the picture has a polished con caved taper from hitting manifold so violently.
