Waveblaster Pump help

I’m working on doing my first pump rebuild. Bought new driveshaft, new bearing and seals. I got it all put together and greased, without the impeller on the driveshaft it turns fine but as soon as I tighten the impeller at all it won’t turn at all. Any ideas what’s wrong?

Sometimes you have to shim the prop. Check if it's binding against the stator.

Also be sure the bearings were fully pressed flush with the shaft during assembly.

Thanks, yes I pulled it all back apart and it turned out one of the bearing weren’t completely pressed right.
