Lol! Yea I get kinda nervous on any air that feels weird. I scraped my shin to the bone back with the nozzle in '06 on an XPL in the same surf. Got 8 internal stitches and 10 external.
It may just be me, but the surf doesn't get as big as it used to in the Corpus area. I rode when Hurricane...
I'll keep an eye on it. Wouldn't mind finding some OEM bore ported cyls and just swapping my pistons and new rings into.

I'm just gonna leave it. The ski has super low hours, 165 psi on my gauge in each hole. I thought the corrosion had made it split or something. If it lasts till I need a top end that would be good. That will be 10 years at my rate, lol.
Yea the ski was totally un touched, just poor maintenance...
I'll try and get one this evening. The problem is the Coffman cone puts the exit of tail cone on the other side of engine.

I have that pipe, but it doesn't really seem to align up with the waterbox. I think it was for the VXR and assorted old style couches of the day. Wr3 and such.
