After quite a bit of prodding I finally got Tomski to make me a blended nose piece meant to be used with a Stock RN hood. IMO he did an excellent job, looks almost as good as a lowered hood/nose piece combo but way cheaper. Of course this is mainly a cosmetic mod but for any one who wants a stream lined look but doesn't have enough $ for a lowered hood and nose combo, this is the way to go. If you would like one, PM Tomski. They are available now for purchase. (Tomski is not to be confused with Tom21 who also does top quality stuff, Tom21 was just too busy)

John that's crazy that this just came out, I was just talking about trying to make this same thing Sunday evening by modding my stock one with the left over materials in my project. That looks great. Really cleans it up.

Thanks John. Glad you and Matt are happy with them.

I should have more installation pictures in the near future.

Well its been a few months since I installed my Tomski nose piece and after countless backys, a few straight up pancakes and even some short rolls my nose piece has held up fine. Looks just like it did the day I installed it. Tom did a good job, this piece is solid.

Glad it's holding up to the abuse. I guess I need to build them lighter for job security.

IMO the 24/7 is straight up ugly. It doesn't flow with the lines of the stock hood, instead it looks like he just chopped it down in the front. Tomskis nose piece makes your ski look like it has a lowered hood and matching nosepiece

I just got to take a close look at John (227)'s Tomski nose piece today. I am not surprised at all how killer these things look and are installed. If I ever come up on a RN ski with a stock hood this is a forsure go to part. I would be all over this to get that cool lowered profile look without spending the big $$$ to get a whole hook kit. Not to mention Tomski parts are legit and can always be resold for a good value to help pay for a tomski front foothold when you get serious and buy a whole lowered hood/pole kit.
