I just paid for 5 months of hosting from the Paypal account.

$895 = $179/month for 5 months, and we had just paid for the next month, so we're paid up from 11/22/06 to 5/22/07.

Our Paypal balance after the payment is $121.91

We have the domain name registrations coming due soon, but have the money for that left.

All current advertisers are paid for either a year or 3 or 4 months, if they choose to continue we'll have some extra by the time our account is due again.

I'm going to move forward on the t-shirts, but don't have any artwork yet so I'm still looking for something for that.

The purpose of this thread is to get the finances completely out in the open so there aren't any questions about it. We were keeping a cushion in the account, but after the donations/advertising thread it made me realize we don't need one.

We had wanted to be able to fund food or other stuff for the freerides, but that was a pipedream apparently.

No but really that is great news. As long as the X can be self sustaining, that is a good thing. I don't mind donating if it is needed but a little advertising to keep things going is fine by me IMO. Thanks for all of your work to keep this thing going...:arms:

We have $1062.13 so that's just under 6 months' of hosting. We're still paid up through next month, no payments have been made.

We're paid through November 22 with maybe $50 left. I also dropped one service so our bill going forward is $169/month.

what service did you drop? I could ask my dad some questions as to if you the shirts and get some quotes. We should start posting some ideas as to the shirt itself so when we have the funding we know what we want

I know of a few great companies to deal with for cheap screen printing prices, unless you already got a good hookup or someone in the industry, which is even better.
