Time to start the build thread!

Firstly have to thank Brian and Josh at Rage, they worked like absolute trojans to get this, Hull No.3 out of the mold and together.

The aim of this build was to be as simple as possible, swapping over the driveline components from a running ski

So this is a joint build thread with Daveyboy whos internals are going in here!

To help out the Rage guys as much as possible we decided to fit the footholds and all the strap insert ourselves.

all the way through the production of the hull i was sent update pictures.... so i will start with those

i did have all the pics from lay upthrough vaccum also but they seem to have gone from my phone... but once the top deck was popped

Final Hull was weighed

we asked for it to be laid up thick and strong

Finally landed on Canadain soil

decided to compare to the ROK

now the rok is on a taller stand

being that the top decks on both are based on sxr the lines are very similar, the rok is i believe a -8 hull and the brawler is -12, basically from a top deck persective, the tray is shorter, engine bay the same and the nose a little shorter

decided to get started on the footholds!

top decks are foamed on the brawler and the bottom deck upfoamed, so we had a bit to dig out

we did rivet and epoxy glue and glass these in

fast forward.... done!

putting some foam back in

while we were waiting decided to try a new profession....

cracked on with the turfing decided on a black red mix as we have the red billet bling on here

couldnt decide... red or black sides.....

black it is!

while we were waiting around i decded to check out a new logo...


..its an exploding rocket..... honest....

test fit of the motor

ATP Waterbox fits in nice

prep'ed her for glassing in strap hooks

glassed in, just have to wait on the ATP Centre battery tray to do the last three

so Daves taking the opportunity to tweek his e-box, using the new secret super tool.....chalk

cant say 100% what the chalk is for....but it has to do with adjustable power bands......ive said to much!
