Leave Your Trailer at the Ramp

I got a special use permit so that 10 trailers can be left at the ramp with no vehicles attached. That means you can drive your truck onto the beach with all of your stuff and leave your trailer behind. I think that 10 should be plenty based on previous numbers, but I made this thread as a safety. If you plan to do this, post up so that we can plan accordingly.

Thanks for the help Scott, but the finer details will be worked out as the date approaches. With the number of people leaving trailers now, there is no need to share spots. Also, DO NOT lock your trailer to anybody else's trailer unless you have spoken to them about doing so.

Until we have more people doing this and know how long everyone will be leaving their trailers, we do not want to start off by parking people in and having to find someone to unlock their trailer.

Unless my count is off you should be good to go! You bringing the striper again Dan?

Not this time. I almost lost the transducer off the bottom as I apparently didn't anchor far enough off the beach, and the with the tide out and the waves, the sand nearly tore off my transducer.

I'll be parking my car and double trailer at the ramp Thursday morning and leaving Sunday morning. If anyone is super worried about their trailer, you are more than welcome to chain up to mine or on top of mine.

So for those of us with dibs, where/how should we leave our trailers at the ramp? Will there be a roped off spot for them?
