So long time listener, first time foothold/glass/turf/oh

ihopeitturnsoutgood caller. Bought my ski last summer as i thought it was going to be my last chance on a new SJ. Immediately the turf/tray sucked, hard and slippery. So this winter (suppose its closer to spring now) i've decided to tear into her. I was going to go the normal foothold route but after posting up here and talking to another member i decided to do it once and be done for good. Like i said ive never done holds before, much less even turf b/c my old ski's was fine BUT i will have help from another member thats done these before. So i thought i'd start a build thread b/c i'm trying to get everything done i can do, so as to not take up more of his time. Heres the start of it, should be cutting in the next week or two.
2 questions: whats a good way to get all this glue off (still fresh from the factory) and the rail caps? Them things are on good.
