Perhaps when a topic (Or like when a thread) starts to go "overboard" with unnecessary BS posts, the moderators create a poll with enough category's to identify the issue(s). In all fairness.
ex.
0- Always Satisfied AA+! :biggthumpup:
0- Satisfied
0- Neutral :indifferent:
0- Dissatisfied
0- Totally Dissatisfied - :grumble:!
It's just an idea.
