If you missed the pre-op drama tune in here: http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/28758/post-406621#post406621

Cut the floor out. Worst leakage was along the bond line, at the exhaust outlet and along the firewall.
Time to change plans. Need to fill and reseal the bond line.
So I need to pull the motor
And while I am at it, I should fix and true the bottom . . . . :Banane35:
It never ends!

Torp. does Greg Core know about any of this? LOL, looks like a good project. I had a 1990 SN and did all the same things. Bond line was cracked all the way around along with major glass repair. I dug all the stock glue out and sealed it back with 5200, worked great, the skis still at the shop. What kind of power are we talking about? If you want to go big(if you already havent), Chuck has a mint stock 760 for sale. Let me know if you need anything.

PS. Talk Greg Core into some footholds:)

I was supposed to get with Greg and help him install footholds in his '05 RN and his boys SN,
but we keep missing each other, so I went full speed ahead.
I called him and told him about the WD Xmas REV sale, but do not know if he ordered any.
He is so busy with the new house he moved to the lake, I dont think he is thinking skis yet.
I will probably stay with the 650 until she blows and then drop in real power.
Hard to replace a motor that runs as strong as this one.
Thanks!
