Heck yeah!!! No more little steering balls :arms: Put some marine grease on that and it should be nice and smooth for a long time

What size/thread count is the stock steering cable?

What do you do, bolt them directly to the steering plate and turn nozzle?

they thread on to your steering cable, just like the factory guy... i meant to list the female threaded one but i made a mistake...:scared:

I get that part but how do they hook to the nozzle and turn plate? Do they press over the stock ball, or bolt directly on? I'm ssuming they bolt directly on with a bolt through the hole, but I've never tried.

There should be a ball attached. That's how Sea-Doo's are.

it looks like there is a ball, but it looks like it has a hole through it for a bolt to hold it down to the plate/nozzle. it doesnt look like a ball with a threaded shank like OEM.

seems like a good idea.... although, im confident that the said slop is what saves a sizable percentage of our steering cables.

You're right Charlie, that's like a collar on the inside that a bolt goes through.

Forgive me, I only worked on a Sea-Doo once (was an HX at least).
