Are these lightened stock flywheels? How are you able to take so much material off when LPW and Group K will only take like .4 lbs off a stock wheel? I think you've taken off almost 1.2 lbs?

Where is most of the material removed from? Just curious from a reliability stand point. I'm definitely VERY interested if these will hold up well to surf and flat water pounding.

It appears to me that he is removing ALOT of metal off of the front face of the flywheel from the center hub out. Looks real good!!!

The stock 62T flywheel weighs between 3.74 to 3.78 lbs depending on how it was stamped and balanced.

I'm removing well over three quarters of a pound of metal from the outer diameter edge front & rear with a light tapered cut on the front face.

You will be amazed at how much difference a pound off the rotating mass will make on the bottom end acceleration and throttle response.

I have been running one cut by #.0 for several months now...and you will notice the difference...plus it's easier on your crank bearings...great seller...free bump

The stock 62T flywheel weighs between 3.75 to 3.80 lbs depending on how it was stamped and balanced.

I'm removing about .5 lbs on the front & back outer diameter edge with a real light surface cut on the front face.

You will be very surprised at how much difference a half pound of metal off the rotating mass will make on the bottom end acceleration if you're running a stock flywheel.

oh ok, i'm retarded, for some reason i thought stock was more like 4.5 lbs for a stock 62T

Do you have any 61x flywheels? I'm looking to buy one of each.

I use a custom built balancing fixture with greaseless sealed bearings that works for flywheels and impellers.

I also do tapered reduction nozzle boring, cylinder head modifications, along with other machine work on request.

I had my old 61x flywheel lightened .5 lbs about 13 years ago and it still works fine. You can tell a difference and it is a cheap way to get some quicker Brap.
