Yamaha Billet

I made another run of the Accustomed for the Blasters. They still look the same; there are now 4 bearings; (2) sealed needle bearings and (2) thrust needle bearings with hardened back-up washers, this design also allowed the area of the stops to be increased by 20%. All the aluminum parts are polished and then clear anodized; they are $ 475.00 + shipping.

Along with a few other items:

Fuel Fills $89.95 / Locking Fills $99.95
Fire Extinguisher / Storage Covers $99.95
Seat & Hood Latches $39.95 ea
Grab Handles $29.95 ea.
Ignition Covers (2 pc.) $199.95
Billet Heads with domes $249.95
I also have the Ignitions Covers for Kawasaki 650 / 750.
Everything is polished and anodized.

I have more items to come.
Most of these I made in the late 90's for myself and a few friends, The Accusteer Steering's were the only thing that made it to market, (thru White Brothers). My business went a different direction but now I have the time to do it the right way.

Thats some real quality looking stuff. Those Accusteers sell well to the X-2 and Blaster guys, since the UMI steering systems are very rare these days.
Gordon had a ton of them, but I think hes out.

NO:
For that to happen the hole size was to large for the cover to look very good.
I made one and didn't think is was that important. You can still run the motor and/or check the timing.
If it really matters, making some is possible.

It's looks awesome but I would want to be able to remove the Flywheel thru the cover, to make it "worth buying" for me. Becides the Bling factor... Never the less it's still a great idea and so is the rest of your stuff. Might have to get some of those gas caps.... :) You should make some rear exhaust kits too while your at it.

Great parts!! I like the removable cover for the flywheel housing. You can change your timing easily and is great for grease/maintaining the bendix.

Verry nice!

Amazing stuff! Any chance you are going to do an X2 steering run again? The one I got from you a few years back is still perfect, even after 3 seasons of saltwater.

I was going to do another run for the X-2. The problem is that I need to make at least 25 to be cost effective @ $475.00 ea. Everyone I talked to didn't want to pay that much. I'm still open if things change.
