Information for Surfside (give me some time to gather all the links that are scattered through our rambling hijacked threads):

Most of the general info for Crystal Beach applies for Surfside as well: no quads, no motorcycles unless street legal/licensed, no riding the dunes. We can likely get away with limited scale pitbike rides as long as we're somewhat under control. Camping and fires allowed on the beach as long as the fire does not endanger anyone else's belongings. Please read all above posts about Crystal Beach general info and ride manners, etc and you should be fairly good.

No need for parking stickers so long as when you hit the beach - you head EAST (left) (per Penguin).

So far, there is no organized meal, but that may change as it gets closer. Someone will post it up if we do an organized group meal.

as far as I know - you should be able to plug that address into your GPS and go.

How far down the beach - is up to you. I think you will be the first one there. when you hit beach at Seagull, you will see the posts to the right that mark the end of the Village of Surfside Beach. Turn left - and park. The beach was plenty wide right there at Seagull - so within 1/4 mile of Seagull would be my guess.

So pretty much just like we used to do at Crystal beach, gotcha

Dumb question but I have to ask - if I don't have a beach cart for my blaster, what is the best way to get this thing in the water and ride the waves at Surfside? Can two guys pull a trailer from the Seagull entrance to the water? Or am I better off using one of the boat lifts on the bay side and riding to the waves from there?

Just drive the trailer on the beach and back/push it down to the water. Blasters are heavy pigs, but should be fine with two dudes. Bay side ramp is pretty far ride from the ride spot
