*sniff* miss her already

I would also look into a new prop this winter, the blaster prop is good but a nice concord, swirl or hooker prop could be great.

Looks nice man definely a set up from the old superjet.
Nice fx! I stepped up from a 550 and i love how a stock fx rips. I cant wait to convert to a 144 and add a b pipe!

Also, you may wanna ditch the choke and add a primer kit. Other then geting rid of all the stock purple on my ski i could, all ive done was a primer kit and it was well worth the money

I finally got my limited pipe - here's a pic of the fx-1 just about done! I just need to find a new location for the water separator and a do few little things

Check out the first post for the final mod list

BEN!!! That is awesome, you gotta let me take it for a spin this spring! Looks like you now have the ultimate FX1.

Update: I am pretty close to having the carbs tuned, but as the fx-1 sits right now, it fckin rocks! Lots of low end power, nice and light. A year ago I had a stock 650 Sj, and so having a limited 62t fx1 is quite a change! Despite having a stock waterbox, the ski is LOUD - louder than my friends' limited superjets - I'm not sure why. Also, having the SJ tank was quite nice - one tank goes a long way

Today I switched out the stock 122mm pump shoe with a bored out stock shoe to improve flow to the superjet pump. I had to grind on the hull to get it in, but there was no alignment or adjustment needed and it works awesome! I was avoiding installing a SJ pump shoe because then you have align it just right or the pump will cavitate. The whole thing took only 3 hrs

I found a '07 turnplate for $10 and modified it to accept straight bars - the difference will be about -2". The bars are made of a solid rod of aluminum. before I install it i'll put washers between the lock nuts and the turnplate
