Yes they have a new box. I know the old one was stupid loud. The new one is a new design and after seeing Shaun_njs build the fitment is perfect!

I made up the video clips for the ATP versus stock box and had planned on buying one of the X-Scream boxes at Daytona and making a 3rd vid so it would give a fair comparison across one ski. If someone sends me one I'd be happy to make it up.
I had them fire up a ski with one and it sounded pretty close to OEM but just a tad deeper so i stayed with the ATP.

i took this tonight before I went for a ride. it was taken with my blackberry so it is not the greatest. would have been better if i could have done a stock waterbox at the same time, plus some "in the water" footage too.
I have the rear exhaust only version. the dual sounds nearly identical.

Zack,l bought the xmetal for the fit and also the sound level.l can tell you the noise level with my xs motor is like everyone else that has one.A tad over stock but deep.l would say there is too many variables when trying to just hear it through interweb.lf you bought one and then decided to sell,you should not have a problem selling it.l will also say that l hate loud skis.

Yeah it's pretty much between the 2. The fitment in shauns though with the breather tubes.... Sold. Would you say the ATP is louder than?

Nice yeah I have a factory pipe box so it's sounds to me like it's could be about the same sound. The FP box though sucks in the nose of the rickter though.

i just hooked up the ATP water box its only a little louder than standard with the Factory B pipe

I ordered a xscream one on monday after helping shawn with his build over the weekend it fit perfect in the rickter mine showed up on friday, hopefully have everything together by next weekend

We just put one in a BOB with a DASA 1000 and Powerfactor pipe. It's quiet, and the rider said it added more torque as well. No videos, as the ski is in the race rig, heading down south for a race.

I failed and did not get my ski done in time to start it up...almost but not done. Hopefully tomorrow, and I can do a side to side comparison to a stocker box.

i know man.... i LITERALLY sat on my motor and used my legs to kick my FP box in.... so now my breather tubes are just smashed behind it.... its not ideal to say the least.
yeah i bet. were in the same boat with waterboxes i see!
wrong box DK. im talkin about a WB for a B-pipe. but that water box your talkin about is an absolute must for the powerfactor.
