up until a couple weeks ago PayPal would generate the shipping label right side up and I could use my label printer with 4x6 labels without issues. Now all of a sudden the labels are generated horizontally but no matter what I do in the printer settings the image cannot be rotated even when I go back and forth between landscape and portrait orientation. Basically either half of the label doesn't get printed or the whole thing has to be shrunk to like 1/3 of the size so it can fit on the label sideways. I don't even know of one that small could be scanned. Wtf. Anyone else deal with this? It's been infuriating. I tried contacting PayPal but haven't heard back yet. Please help.
