SX/SXi/SXi Pro Please help, need intake grate brass hull inserts

Hey guys, I went to swap out my stock intake grate on my 99 SXI Pro for an R&D and the front brass hull inserts where the allen bolts screw into stripped out of the hull... Does any one know where I can buy OEM replacements? Or know the best solution to my problem? Thanks for your help.

I could also not find these as an OEM part. I have one that is loose and could use replacement.

I've got a few ideas to fix this, but would rather hold off and see if I can obtain the OEM style inserts. If no one can set me in the right direction, I'll post what I come up with.

Kawasaki gave me part # 92015-3855, can anyone confirm this?

I've searched all over for a picture or detailed description of that part # with no luck. I've even tried to cross reference it against other skis with no luck.

PM sent. Looking at the plates, nut, and insert, how would I reinstall them without cutting into the tray? My concern is that the plate holes have
Square edges that would not allow the new inserts to thread in. Also, what about the nut spinning while trying to thread in the insert?

The small 1 without the shoulder on it was a drop in replacement for my sxi pro. Just epoxied it in to the old hole ran a bolt up into it then let it set up nice and hard.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to salvage mine afterall (this time). If I ever need to replace the plate again, I'll need to machine also.
Did you have to cut out the fiberglass or were you able to just thread your new ones in? How did you get the old ones out?

I keep a stash of ones I have robbed out of a few old STX's.

Some I was able to thread in the others I drilled out and epoxied the new ones in
