the 3rd and 4th pics look at the back side of the sleeve's on the opposite wall and you can see the 2 sleev's are different one is flat and one has like a molding around the edge's

kahuna thats what i meant, sorry. Last question. where can I get the waterfittings that screw into the head? i looked in the post yamacat gave the link to but did not see anything.

also the head has some silicon looking stuff around the oring. if i scrape it all off. can i just leave it like that or do I need to add some sort of silicon or gasket maker back on it?

can i just use regular nuts instead of those acorn nuts? and i read just thread the long studs into the case till they bottom out. no need to torque them. is this correct?
