I attached my shop vac to my DA. It helps a lot.
i have 3-4 of those burrs. They're the poop. I've used thin on metal WHEEEEEY more than glass and they still cut awesome.
The ones with larger teeth are made for aluminum.

I used a oscillating tool to cut the bulk (just because) and my grinder with 36 grit flap wheel to smooth it out. The grinder probably would have been faster at grinding them down completely, but I like the lack of dust from using oscillating tool.

So, had some time last night in between projects to work on the Really hull.
Prepped the firewall some, ground some of the glue out etc. Also cut out the ribs.
