I used a 4.5" electric grinder for long straight cuts. It was the fastest. i bought a air saw for curves, it worked ok. The oscillating multitool was good for more accurate cuts, but slow for my thick tray. Haven't gotten to reinstallation yet, so I can't help with the glue question.

So we had a big gun day at a members farm land, and I had a chance to shoot a XD9 (with a ported barrel) and a Glock 19 back to back. I have to admit, the Glock is a shooter. Less muzzle flip, and recoil felt = faster follow up shots. Not trading in my Kimber.... But I'm just saying the Glock...
