is it just me or is it harder to get on your hood after you install a polespring. because you have to hold the pole down with one hand to jump the bars? how does everyone else do this?

thx guys, i couldnt imagine laying a whole pole outta carbon, it was actually my first time using fibreglass or carbon. it actually looks like crap there is runs all in the sides but i chose the most flattering view for the pics, lol i'm happy with it for a first though. thx for the kind words guys

well i dont know if it was technically a build, but it was my fisrt time doing anything besides bars, SKI; 2000 sj stock, MODS; Footholds, turf, bars, grips, turfed rails, shortened handlepole, wraped handlepole with carbon fibre for looks and a little reinforcement, paint...

i think it sounds cool! i'd be in since im in the beginning of a build up right now.

im going to try filling the channel with clear silicone and the laying 1/8 rubber on top of it, then bonding some 1/16 ribber to the peice on the hood that goes in the channel, making it a rubber on rubber seal and the silicone giving it the squishiness it needs.

thx i think i have it now. superjett i was talking about reconnecting the handlepole to the aluminium bracket after shortening it.

that kind of nut still has to be held from the back side doesnt it? how do you get back there to hold it?

i need some for reattaching my handle pole. what are they and where can you get these thru bolts. i called fastenall and they didnt know what i was talking about. yamaslut help. or anyone else is fine too.

how much will a pump cone help a stock motored 2000 sj? if it helps bottom end seems like couldnt go wrong for the price.

if im behind the tray in the water and it is upside down do i roll it back over clockwise or counterclockwise? dont want to get water in the motor.thanks
